Location is convenient and facility is nice. However, timeliness and customer service were lacking.

Generally, I am pleased with the quality of the repair... everything seems to have been removed, repaired and re-installed properly. However, I am dissatisfied with the paint job. The paint is visibly not blended from the front bumper to the driver-side fender. I have inquired about what First Choice Collision can do to remedy this issue and resolution is still pending.

I did not receive any unsolicited status updates while my vehicle was with First Choice Collision. I had to reach out/call every few days to check on the progress (if any) with my vehicle. These calls were typically returned same-day. Additionally, there seemed to be some disorganization around the balance due, but was able to be sorted out after discussion. My overall satisfaction will customer service will also be dependent on resolution of pending paint correction issue.

The repairs look great. The rates of labor was on the more expensive side when compared to other places but I guess it is worth it for the quality of the work.

Our service person was a great guy but it wasn't often that I would get updates on the car. I had to call in to get updated instead of waiting around wondering when or if he would call when he said he would. I wasn't even made aware that I could sign up for updates via email or text until after the job was done. Our service person was also often not there when we called or went to pick up the car. He was either on vacation or lunch or out with an adjuster.

I called to make sure the hood being repaired was going to be done by sanding down the whole hood with the rock chips done also even though they weren’t a part of the damage. I was told since it was being painted they would be sanded and painted. They were painted over not sanded. Really sucked now I have white PAINTED chips.

Roof looks awesome. Hood looks BAD. I was told by Asma that the whole hood was going to be sanded and painted. I called to specify ask if the rock chips would be done right. IIts NOT
