Every one at the shop was so nice and professional and that is why I took my vehicle up there for the second time. They kept me informed on exactly where they were at in the process of fixing my vehicle, and went beyond what was expected in fixing my car. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs any type of bodywork, they take very good pride in the work that they do and I am so happy with the way that everything turned out

After 2 months with my Truck been at 1st Choice Collecting shop and when I got my truck back everything wasn’t fixed that was damaged also the paint job fell like sand was mixed with the paint or it was dirt in the air when painted my truck; also everything that was damaged to my vehicle during the accident didn’t get repaired/ replaced while in the shop ( I have pictures of all the damage due the accident also I had everything marked with blue painting tape; I now 1st choice collection don’t want the repair/ replace them parts ; my vehicle didn’t have like 17,000 miles on the vehicle when the accident happened.

The whole 2 months my truck was in the shop every time I call check on my truck they lied to me when my truck be ready this went on for months; my account happened on 9-23-22 and I was told wait till all the parts come in and then drop the vehicle off and I will have my truck back in 14 days; I dropped the vehicle off on 10-31-22 and didn’t get my truck back till 12-29-2022.; when I dropped my truck off it had 1/2 tank of fuel and when I picked up my truck it was on dead empty with the fuel light on.
