I’m extremely disappointed with my BMW 528i. It arrived at the shop in worse condition than it left. The staff is friendly, but I’m skeptical about the mechanics and whether they’re certified BMW technicians. My AC doesn’t work at all. There was a burning smell coming from the vents when it was functioning properly before I took it in. I’m frustrated because I feel my car was rushed. Now, it’s an inconvenience to bring it back to the shop without a rental car, especially since I had a rental car covered by insurance. I’m very upset.

Extremely pleased with the entire experience of having my 2011 Toyota Tundra repaired after a hit and run incident. The staff was extremely helpful and the communication throughout the process was impeccable—I knew at each step what was going on and when my truck would be ready. The workmanship was superb, even had an extra repair taken care of that came out of my pocket and very happy with everything involved in getting the parts for that secondary repair. I know why State Farm suggests 1st Choice Collision as a vendor of choice. The partnership with Enterprise car rental on Barker Cypress was also seamless—I was picked up at the 1st Choice Collision location by Enterprise, taken to their Barker Cypress location. Returning the vehicle was equally convenient—I was able to leave the rental at 1st Choice Collision when I picked up my truck—easy-breezy-lemon-squeezy. Karla was my main contact at 1st Choice Collision and she was diligent to reach me either through email, text, or phone call as decisions needed to be made during the repair process. Thank you Karla and 1st Choice Collision team for the excellent service. I am a returning customer and will certainly have 1st Choice Collision at the top of my list for future needs.

Excellent work so far. Karla and Maynor were a pleasure to work with as they kept us in the loop as far as the repair work and all. We live in the area and we would periodically stop by for an update on the repairs. Very pleased all around with the customer service and the repairs on the vehicle. I told Maynor that I hope I don’t need to visit a collision center in the future, but if I do, I will be coming back to 1st Choice Collision, lol. Thank you!

Kimberly was awesome. She kept me updated throughout the process and was transparent. When she realized the parts were on back order and the repair was going to be prolonged she pivoted and made sure the repair was done on time. I’ll recommend 1sr choice every time.
