First Choice went above and beyond to complete and the work that they were assigned on the contract I would recommend them to anybody. As well as being very polite and helpful all the way through.

They took 2 months with my car several ETC changes all for my car to still not to be 100% done when I picked it up. I have to still return to get a part installed because they ordered the wrong part after I specifically sent them the correct link. I will never have my car serviced here again nor point anyone I care about in their direction. Clearly they can’t work on European sports cars at this establishment. Will never recommend, I will be posting a similar review on Google, Yelp, etc. and I will probably be reaching out to Geico corporate for listing them as a preferred dealer.

They took 2 months with my car several ETC changes all for my car to still not to be 100% done when I picked it up. I have to still return to get a part installed because they ordered the wrong part after I specifically sent them the correct link. And in addition to all of that the alignment one the vehicle was not done properly as well. Car is pulling to the right and loses traction when turning or switching lanes above 65 mph. So more time that I now have to take out of my days to go get my car aligned at a shop that can properly do it. I will never have my car serviced here again nor point anyone I care about in their direction. Clearly they can’t work on European sports cars at this establishment. Will never recommend, I will be posting a similar review on Google, Yelp, etc. and I will probably be reaching out to Geico corporate for listing them as a preferred dealer.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. I got an estimate quickly. They told me everything I needed to do to get my car repaired. I called my insurance company got a rental. I was able to leave my rental there when I picked up my truck. Larry kept me informed the whole time about the progress of my truck. The lady at the front desk is amazing. She’s sweet. She’s kind. She’s great face of your company when you walk in. The whole process was fantastic. I would recommend you in a heartbeat and I will use you again if I ever have to, I hope I don’t.
