I am blown away by the service provided to me by the both the Conroe and Houston 1st Choice Collision facilities. Dan asked my permission to send the car to the Houston office because it could get repaired faster. They drove it to Houston for the repair and back to the Conroe office when completed. I was kept advised every few days about the progress and even sent a picture. When the repairs were completed (several days earlier than promised) they offered the option to bring the car to me or have me pick it up. The car looks absolutely pristine inside and out - they even vacuumed it! Five stars!

Dan asked my permission to take my car to Houston to a first collision shop there that was not as busy. The car was returned to me earlier than predicted, the repairs were done perfectly and my car had even been vacuumed! It might have been washed, too, but it was raining so hard to tell.
