Larry and Sharon were both kind and understanding of predicament with needing our handicap van for our disabled son. They explained the process well due to their understanding of our insurance company and the speed at which they work. The process went as we were told and our vehicle looks and performs like a brand new van. The costs were just as we were told and we could not be happier. We felt well prepared for the process and First Choice did not disappoint.
