Well, that two weeks ended up being almost six weeks. Deshaun, the General Manager kept in contact with me the entire time. He assured me that everything in his power was being done. They ran into several issues that were beyond their control, such as getting parts in late or getting defective parts that had to be sent back. Through all of this Deshaun made sure that I was ok, that I was informed and that he was doing everything he could do to get me back in my vehicle. He kept in contact with Allstate Insurance and Enterprise Rental Car also. He assured me that I had nothing to worry about. The entire Gerber staff was very helpful during my whole ordeal. My car was so clean when I got it back today! It actually looks better now than it"
