All the leather parts of the interior were very dirty, especially the seats. There were stains all over. It took us an hour to clean it up. Also the interior smells like some kind of oil or chemical. I understand the workers necessarily get dirty, but you could have covered up the seats at least to protect them.

I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from drop off to pick up. I was most impressed that they detailed the interior, it was spotless. I was embarrassed how I dropped it off, because I haven’t had time to do it myself. Thanks again for your professionalism and I would 100% recommend 3D Collision Center
