Very thorough. very, very very thorough. Honestly I get the need to differentiate with service and the guys were great, but shortening the intake and exit process would help those customers with almost zero time. The work was done superbly but I learned way more than I feel was needed as this was all explained, in detail. I can't call this a complaint (vendors doing too good of a job). It comes down to reading each customer, and if they are looking for expediency vs education, please consider that. Dave's explanations did come to an end and I was on my way but I almost had an aneurysm waiting to wrap this up. Hopefully I remained polite (ask Dave). Otherwise, this turned out well overall.

Repair took a whole month—too long But Jeff did keep us informed and apologized a lot for it taking so long. There seemed to be too many vendors involved: one for suspension, another for other “under the car” repairs, etc. —which meant no thorough assessment of all damage was done initially
