3D was highly organized, professional, prompt and did a terrific job.

3D Bodyworks did a great job with my car repairs. The repairs did take slightly longer than I had anticipated and through my update emails/phone calls I wasn't really able to get a concrete answer as to why. That turned into a bit of a frustration for me, but overall it was a great, professional experience.

The customer service was pretty good and I appreciated the phone calls about the progress on my repairs. However it would've been nice to be given more details or be given a more detailed response when I asked a question. For example, the estimate for my car increased after I had dropped off my car and I inquired as to what extra work/repairs were needed in which I was given a generic answer about labor costs and timing but not a specific description as to what extra was needed.
