A minor glitch in the experience: Originally I was told that the car repair would be completed by 3/23. After a few calls since then, it was finally ready for pick-up at noon 3/25. Fortunately I was not in a hurry to need that car.

They reused a part that had some chipped paint on it; I would have appreciated it if they had touched up the chipped parts
