1) spoke to rep several times including twice the day to pick up vehicle - not informed that we could not pay in full with credit, 5 min before the bank closed for the day 2) was told you'd take a few dollars off and did not, 3) I need an additional repair and was not able to get an estimate with proper titling (either leave off if you feel not related to the accident or discuss with me so I can explain that it was (will now need to get an estimate from another shop) 4) was told I would get images emailed and didn't until I called again about it...
