The customer service at 3 D Collision on Boot Road was below satisfactory. The women at this site were extremely helpful and kind; however, the one older gentleman who deals with the customers was completely rude and very unhelpful. I would have went somewhere else if my insurance didn’t send me there to be honest because of his customer service.

Communication from 3-D collision was very good as the repair was progressing. My car was returned to me in great shape and interior and exterior of car were cleaned very well. The repairs and dents look perfect.
