    "I made sure to tell you guys I was happy, but again, very happy! There were things that did not go as planned, but I don’t expect anyone to be perfect. When there was some hold up from the emails somehow, you guys ended up covering my rental past my insured days. So maybe no mistakes/miscommunications in the world would be great, but that’s not real life. I think it matters more in how you recover from them. Covering my rental more than made up for that, so how could I complain? And in covering my rental, I was less worried about the timeline, in turn being able to chill and let you guys do your thing. Your staff was also very helpful when my insurance was not. I had a negative conversation with several insurance people (not your insurance woman that works out of your office-she was very kind and helpful) and I called your office upset and wanting more clarifying answers that I did not g"
