My daughter was accommodated when she needed a ride from Enterprise. My husband was able to view the car before she picked it up. The person managing our case welcomed my husband to contact him with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Team Collision to anyone."

1500 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond(985) 345-15901500 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401"Such an amazing experience! My son's vehicle was hit early morning on LSU campus at his apartment at Nicholson Gateway. After being contacted by my son and LSU PD regarding the accident, I contacted State Farm regarding the claim. I set up an appointment with a Baton Rouge dealership, and I was scheduled for an 7am appointment 2 days later to bring in the vehicle. I made the 6 hour drive to Louisiana during the early morning so that I could have the vehicle at the dealership on time for 7am (the vehicle is in my name). When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't see that I had an appointment. They said that they saw the insurance claim in the system, but that someone failed to schedule the appointment. When I explained that I had just driven 6 hours for this appointment, I was informed that the soonest they could "fit" me in, was "in 3 weeks". I literally had to laugh and walk off"
