    "Everything was so smooth I went in I talked Juanita she told me who I needed to speak with she helped me filled out my paper she was oh so nice and very helpful. I received a estimate I send it to insurance company and that was the last thing I had to to do . Mysti Stanley took over she handle everything talking with insurance letting they know about the extra charges.She stayed in contact with me . Then I got the call my jeep was ready . I was concerned about dropping the rental off I didn't have anyone with me Mysti informed me I could leave rental with her and she will notify enterprise. This was a blessed experience so thank you Mysti and Juanita you 2 ladies are the best Mac Haik are lucky to have you ladies . And a big thank to Mac Haik body shop you all did a great job and was fast everything and everyone get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
