The crew at Higgins texted me regularly with updates and made getting into a rental during repairs a breeze. Special kudos to Luis who showed genuine compassion for my situation and truly cared for my satisfaction. Kudos to Mike, the manager. It sure looks like he runs a tight ship and has selected motivated and professional people to serve their clients. I now know why they have received such great reviews."
