After a more than ten days of not even having a repair date scheduled, I decided to look elsewhere. It was such a relief to find Downtown Collision. From the start, Gabriel made me feel like the job was going to be well taken care of, and indeed it was. The repair was flawless, the car was returned fully detailed and all the rental car arrangements were taken care of. What more could I ask for. The ladies at the front Desk and Shamush went above and beyond. During the process of getting my car fixed, they would call me to update me on the progress. I would definitely bring my car in again if I ever need collision repairs. Again, thanks to Shamush and the ladies at the front desk for being patient with me and helping me out!"
