I might recommend them, they had plenty of time to complete my repairs. The estimate was not outrageously priced. They did drive me to the rental shop because the rental shop got busy and couldn't come get me. And I was able to leave the rental car with Crash Champions when I picked up my car which was convenient and good service. I do feel they did the least amount of repairs and got me in and out. I think they missed these little details because they were trying to be quick and efficient. My rating is not a ten because they could have done better, someone could have taken the time to double check the repair, the details. They could have given my car a quick car wash. The kind of service I receive from the dealer when they have performed services on my car. Those extra little things will keep customers returning and they really dont cost any shop extra.

My repairs were minimal, a tire rim repair and trunk tension rod repair. My tire rim was sent out to a third-party shop, which means they only got my tire/rim and not the entire car. When Crash Champions received my tire/rim back they installed the tire and went on to other repairs. The problem I have is that when they released my car to me, I checked the tire pressure and the tire that was repaired was set at a 39 PSI, the other 3 were set at 33 PSI. I brought it to the estimator just to inform him, he told me that shop must have set that tire air pressure at manufacturing level. I feel that Crash Champions should have double checked all tire PSI to verify that the tire/rim were set to match the other 3 tires. The rim repair was the main repair to my claim and because air pressure in tires is a BIG part of the safety handling of a car, I think they should have taken a little more time to double check. My car also had special/custom tire stem caps (red aluminum) not your standard black plastic caps, and unfortunately, that tire was missing the cap. I checked inside my car, thinking perhaps the shop put the cap in a pocket or in my glove box, nothing. I feel that Crash Champions could have double check the repairs (especially because a third-party shop handled the tire repair). Yes, my repairs were done fast and on time but, it is the details that matter to me and they missed them. Having a tire set at different PSI than the other 3 tires can compromise the handling on the car. It reduces grip on the road and there is a high risk of a blowout. Something that could have taken a tech less than 3 minutes to double check and make right. The staff was good, the location was clean, my repairs were done on time. Their attention to details lacks. It made me feel like they care more about moving on to the next repair job then making sure my repairs were done correctly. An easy fix in my eyes, that will make me think before recommending their shop in the future.

Not only did they handle my insurance claim wonderfully and seamlessly, they were able to help me plan and solve for additional work that I could pay for out of pocket.
