When I expressed this frustration I was given a rental car for the last few days. I wish I would have said something sooner, or that it was a policy that after it has been 2 weeks, It is provided, without issue. I was told that it was due to ordering the wrong part several times and also the mechanic going on vacation. It seems to me that such a large place with so many employees would not have these issues, but what do I know."

On Thursday August 13th everything was done properly and the vehicle is working like a brand new vehicle. Thank you for understanding my concerns and solving the problems.
