I interacted with the lady at the front desk and Wally. Both were very polite and professional. The gentleman who brought my car around was pleasant and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained how to care for my car until the paint was cured. The text update messages were very helpful. The messages kept me informed, which I appreciated.
