"My experience with Lacey collision has been horrible since day one. They lied to me continuously. I asked them to notify me upon date that they were going to possibly start working on the truck one to two day prior to as it was, my only primary means of transportation. The vehicle was still in excellent working condition. It had a minor dent in the rear passenger side panel of the bed. The receptionist lied to me and told me to bring it in and that they were gonna start working on it the very next day. Its sat for two weeks in the exact same spot until I went down to Lacey collision and talked to one of the managers at Lacey collision and at that point in time, they move the vehicle out of view of vision where I could not see it for another few days before it actually got into the technician to start the bodywork on it. I asked for communication along the way in regards to what was going on and what the timeframe would be on working on my vehicle. I got two phone calls and then after that the manager told me that it would be done on Tuesday afternoon or I could pick it up on a Tuesday evening four days later I was able to pick the vehicle up. I was told on initial estimation that it would take 2 weeks 3 weeks max to fix the damage on my vehicle as all it was was a bad skin, a a tail light and a bumper installation. The communication at Lacey collision and the habitual lieing is completely unacceptable. I believe that Lacey collision will tell you anything of how great they are to get you into the door, but then the habitual lieing will continue throughout your term of your vehicle. Youre vehiclebeing at their shop. 5 12 weeks it took to fix my truck. 2 12 week it sat on there lot doing nothing to it. I had know vehicle to drive. Lost lost of money. In those 2 12 week it sat there on there lot doing nothing. When I could have been driving it. It absolute bullshit. I give Lacey collision of one star ⭐️." Read less

I HAVE NO SKID PLATE UNDER MY CAR! The damaged one that fell off my car was on my trunk is no longer there, but was no replaced. Now I have nothing protecting the underneath of my car now on the freeway and on jobsites. ALSO MY TRIM IS GRAY NOW. It was black before like the rest of my car and now does not match. I have photos of it before.

The overall time was longer than was originally quoted. That was a bit of a downer but, communication was also quite good.

Time frame annoyance aside, the car looks great and that is the most important part.

First and foremost. The car looks excellent. The time frame went from a day job to almost 2 weeks but nothing additional was stated for needed repairs. That bothers me a bit. But, the car really looks great.

Overall, great communication. I do wonder if there were additional repairs and for some reason that wasn’t being shared. The time frame for completion changed by 2 weeks.

Race, Alex and Ashley are all great people and a fantastic team. For some reason my cars seemed to get hit a lot but it's never a big deal when I bring it to these folks. they are friendly, personable and make everything as convenient as possible. Plus they always keep their candy dishes full!!
