Gerber kept me informed through every step of the process of repairing my car. They also completed their work within the estimate amount and by the date they promised. My car looks like new. I appreciated receiving a thorough itemized bill for parts and labor as well as a lifetime warranty on their work. It was also very convenient to leave my rental car with them when I went to pick up my car which saved me a separate trip to the rental agency. I was pleasently surprised with my experience at Gerber.

The estimated timeframe changed multiple times and the reasoning was unclear. They worked with my insurance which is a bonus! My license plate frame was missing when the vehicle was returned and I’m not sure why.
