I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the repair work. My vehicle was repaired just a little over two weeks ago, and the rear quarter panel trim has already popped off. A repair should last much longer than a week, and this is simply unacceptable. I trusted this shop to complete the repairs correctly, but having a part come loose almost immediately raises serious concerns about the workmanship and quality of the entire repair that was done.

After a hit‑and‑run left my car damaged, A & D made the entire repair process much easier than I expected. They were accommodating from the moment I arrived, walked me through the insurance steps, and kept me updated throughout the repair. The finished work was excellent—panel alignment was precise, paint matched perfectly, and the car looked as if the damage had never happened.
