Everything was fixed perfectly but for some reason the driver side plastic which didn't have any damage above the bumper is loose that's my only problem I have to take it in and have that fixed I don't know if you guys knocked it loose when taking the bumper off or it was loose when I brought it in

Better personal communication about why there is a hold on my repair. I found the automatic text from the system unhelpful and annoying. If your waiting on insurance approval and it’s been 48 hours. A person should follow up with insurance com. Instead of waiting until the customer calls looking to pick up vehicle and is told the shop has been waiting for insurance approval for five days Be proactive and provide customer service to your clients
