I didn’t know what to expect. TBH I never really heard of Abra. But from the beginning, their communication about my vehicle was top notch. Their facility is clean, and modern. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and easy to talk to. Their method of text message communication in a group message format was like none other. Steve and the others I interacted with were great. I came in without an appointment and they took care of me. You were able to get my vehicle in promptly and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the outside and inside was. I was told about the outside but I didn’t know about the inside until I opened the door! Great job team.

It was difficult to get response from the person handling my claim. I would send emails and leave voicemails, but get no reply. Thankfully, the twice weekly text updates keep me up-to-date. But, as a business owner myself, I can't imagine ANY of my customers not hearing back from me when they reach out. I believe my claim person had some personal matters to attend to, but a backup plan would have been helpful. Outside of that, every person I interacted with was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

ABRA did a great job repairing my car. Everyone was easy to work with, and they kept me informed of the progress. The car was also repaired in less than a week. The car looks great, and they even washed the car and cleaned the inside. I would gladly recommend them.
