The repaired areas, that were previously damaged, appear to be perfect. ABRA communicated well and advocated with insurance company on my behalf.

Very good for the most part. I was disappointed and surprised to learn one day prior to his last day that my service estimator/advisor had severed employment. In such situations, I would expect to be notified earlier and assigned a new advisor.
