Bill at Abbra was great! I called 20 minutes ahead before arrival- when I got to the shop he had my paperwork ready to sign and a rental car ready for me! I was impressed from start to finish. My car was done in 3 days and looked great! Will be sure to recommend Abbra to my friends and family. It is the best customer service experience in Grand Rapids!

Bill did a great job from start to finish including the estimate, communicating w/ USAA, explaining the process to me, and coordinating the work being done and borrowing a car. As for the actual work done, it looks perfect. Great job by everyone.
