I had repairs done at ACC. car was at the shop for 10 days. After picking up the car, I noticed seat belt is not clipping well. I have to reset before putting in the seat belt. ACC told me they dont know about it and they havent touched it. I also see the viper arm is bent and viper isnt working well. Not sure what happened but they refuse to discuss further

I told that steering wheel wobble when i am driving the vehicle to ACC. Its not being addressed and when I asked at the end i was told to bring the proof for this that the damage happened due to accident.

Had to wait for 1hr for rental car and no apologies for that and were being very rude. Of course, it is enterprise who is renting the cars here but since they are working from your premises you need to make sure they provide best service.

The tire sensor fat light came on shortly after I picked my vehicle up. I had also asked that the Front left headlight (not accident related) be repaired while car was in the shop.as I had received a "fix it" ticket. My front headlight is still not working.
