The day after my car was dropped off , I stopped in to get something out of my car , which I found to be out in the open with no cover the window that was broken out. When I questioned the worker he said that they lock the gate and that the car was safe. When I explained that the window was broken out and that it was going to rain tonight he said oh I'll get someone to cover the window. If I had known that the car was going to be out in the elements I could have kept in in my garage until ACC could actually fix the window. I also didn't get a call that the car was ready I stopped in on my way to work @ 5pm to heck when it would be ready . The guy at the front desk informed oh yes it's ready today. When I asked when were they going to call me informed me of this, he just had a blank look on his face.
