Only minor item hardly worth mention Was 3 of the ties were at 31 psi when I picked it up. One was 42 psi which was probably the new one I replaced before I brought it in. Seriously, no big deal as the bodywork was flawless. 👍🏻👍🏻

Josh was terrific from beginning to end as was the woman at the front desk. I so appreciated all the communication. Everyone was friendly and kind. The car was finished before I expected. This is my car, Jody, so I am writing the review. Acme is one of the best businesses I have ever run across. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant, kind, and informative (shout out to Josh). My car not only got a new sunroof and parts, but it was so shiny and clean inside and out!! I so appreciated that!! If I ever need any car body work or repair again, Acme will be my first and only choice!!!

While they were professional and courteous, I was disappointed that they did not honor my request to keep the wheel that was replaced. It had significant value and now I don't have it. The response was a mild "were sorry" and if another one like it turns up, we will let you know. Its value was at least $300.

Very helpful and friendly. There was a long period of time at the beginning with no update on the car. Only within the last couple days was there any update. Would be nice to at least know status while waiting for parts and things like that.
