You can’t tell the car was repaired, and the damage covered the entire length on one side! The main “tell” is that the car looks newer than before the accident. They even reconnected the gas cap tether, which had come disconnected when I bought the used car. And it looks like they also smoothed out a couple of scratches that were not part of the accident damage.

Phil helped untangle miscommunications and lack of communication with my insurance. This took took much longer than a typical case. When the series of errors and other gaps came to light that the insurance had committed, he even advocated for me concerning both repairs and rental coverage. My insurance company re-evaluated and changed some of their procedures to avoid such customer neglect and inconvenience in the future.
