I had to call almost every day to try to get updates. My car was there 2 weeks instead of one and no one ever returned a single call to let me know what was going on. It was very frustrating.

Overall it was a very good experience. You kept in touch the whole time letting me know where things stood and when the job would be done. The only complaint I would have is I got a text message on Tuesday night that the car was finished and asked if I picked it up yet. I went 1st thing the next morning to get my car and it was not ready yet. That was an inconvenience because I had a very busy day and had to come back later in the day. Besides that you all did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with.

Only because my tire was sent out to be fixed and all four wheels got alignment and I have a shaking /noise called them they recommended to take it to a shop it’s just wear and Tare but wouldn’t it be seen when doing the tire and or alignment.They informed me I needed antifreeze at pickup so I would think they would tell me about wear and tare.
