I was told that the repair would take 2-3 business days. It ended up taking 7 days. I had to keep emailing Phil to check in to see how much longer it was going to take which meant that I had to continue figuring out how I was going to get around. It would have been nice to be more updated and have better communication with what was going on with my car and how long it was going to take.
