Marco and Marcus were A+ in their professionalism, knowledge, service, courtesy, awareness, and willingness to help. I enjoyed brief interactions with two other helpful pleasant office staff, also. Service was expeditious, delightfully above my expectations. Integrity seemed above board. My State Farm rep found this auto repair service for me; my understanding is this is a highly-rated longtime family-owned business, so wonderful and rare to find these days! They knew exactly what to efficiently do in terms of insurance requirements and paperwotk. My Mazda3 had a shattered sunroof, which they evaluated right away at my earliest convenience (the next day at lunchtime), detected a defect in the first window replacement so immediately ordered a fast replacement through a local business associate, which arrived quickly, and installed in a day, faster than typical, because they knew it would be difficult for me otherwise. They provided valuable information about my vehicle, which I was unaware of. My car interior/exterior was extremely clean (NO GLASS OR DOG HAIR!!!) when I got it back. The final cost for repair appeared substantially less than the estimate! WOW!! The office was extraordinarily clean, the garage repair area even looked and smelled cleaner (less toxic) than other garages! Even the Maidenhair fern and beautiful XL succulent plant looked extraordinarily happy :) I greatly appreciate Alioto’s and highly recommend. (My local auto body shop owners are ready to retire. I can stop worrying about that now!). [I was a little worried being 65 and walking a couple miles to SR Transit Bus Center, but it was safe and pleasant enough.I’m going to copy&paste this to use as a review elsewhere, probably Google. Thanks so much, again! Very impressive!)
