This was my 1st insurance claim ever, I was nervous about the process. From my 1st meeting with Gilberto I knew my sweet orange jeep would be OK. He made the process simple, he was courteous had a fun happy , don't worry presence about it....so I left feeling very OK. The daily updates were very unexpected and very appreciated .I did not meet the guys in the shop but I certainly saw their talent when I saw my darlin' orange Jeep at pickup time. Thanks Allard!!!!

Allard did a great job on my wife’s car a few years ago that’s why I chose Allard to repair my car. Maybe they had some staff changes since then and quality is not as good.
