Cain was AMAZING! The parts on my car were a bit challenging and he was wonderful about keeping me in the loop. And when I got the car back and the HUD wasn’t right, he immediately jumped on helping figure out a solution!

The reason leaving a 4. As I got my car back my steering wheel cover was gone. They left a mess all over my visors of white dots. Paint drops were on the exterior of my car that I caught before we left and a nice guy cleaned it off for me.

Overspray paint on rear lenses, sensors not fixed, Highlander emblem bought was charged for installation, and it wasn't. Rear panel paint, splay, and doesn't line up . Noise still underneath, as panels were not reinstalled. Horrible work
