My bumper looks awful after repairs, did not fix the cracked paint, left pooling paint around sensors, dripping paint marks, gouges in paint where they hung the bumper. Eddie promised to get it fixed and set me up with another rental after the 4th of July. Eddie went on vacation, shop has no idea why I'm there. I asked if they setup the rental, "I'm sure it's all set" shocker it was not setup. Had to wait another 30min to get that fixed and found they put me in a tiny compact. I should have refused to take my car back the 1st time but Eddie assured me theyd take care of me. Beyond annoyed, what a horrific experience.

Satisfied with the work that was done to car . But not completely satisfied because my car wasn’t completely fixed they said I didn’t need alignment drove my car back it shook the whole way home . Saying the car already had alignment problems before I brought the car in . Didn’t feel safe driving it home . Now I have to take it somewhere else to fix the problem.
