I was very pleased with everything from start to finish with my car repairs. Taylor at the front desk was super nice. Sorry, I can only remember Keith’s name, but I had two people helping me with my car, both who were very helpful. My car was done a week or two early. The repairs made my car look brand new again. Allard dealt with all the rental car and insurance stuff. So what could have been a painstaking process was so fast and easy! I’d definitely recommend Allard to my friends!

Excellent communication throughout the process. Employees were all very professional and friendly. Car looked better than before the accident!! Was nervous because they were the “preferred” provider of my insurance company which I figured meant I was going to sacrifice a little quality. Not the case at all. Would highly recommend and will definitely return (which I hope to never have to).

Great quality work. Had a few findings at final inspection and a missing protective bumper sticker, but they took care of it. A little bit of hassle to have to bring the car back, but they had great customer service.
