Chris was so helpful and insightful from day one. I got status updates on my car during the whole process and they even completed it a day early. The bumper is brand new and looks amazing! WOW! This place is amazing! Very friendly, fast and the quality of service impeccable! I think they even cleaned and vacuumed my car before I picked it up!!! What, who does that Allard Collision does that's who!! I REALLY really recommend them. Chris, AMAZING!!!

The communication, professionalism, and process were all seamless. The vehicle was repaired without any issues, everything looked great!

Only one small critique, for some reason the rental company didn't receive an update for extension of the vehicle, and had to call insurance to make sure they updated the date of return. This may not have been an Allard miss, but rather insurance not being timely on the update.

Allard was very communicative about my repair and did a phenomenal job on my repair. I will definitely use them in the future if I have an issues again I hope that is not the case but would be more than willing to use Allard for my auto body repairs.
