Everybody that works at Allard Collision have excellent customer service. They got my truck done days before the estimated time. They went above and beyond in every way. They even gave me a Lyft driver to take me home & pick me up. No charge ! This is the second time my truck has gone in for repair and both times it came out looking brand new. I highly recommend Allard Collision.

Up till the last week I was told my auto would be held hostage until the $850 bill would be paid, and that I was to pay it instead of the insurance company. But you came through and the Insurance company and I suppose the manager reached an arrangement for the bill to be paid and my auto was released. The manager had me concerned with his statement of my auto being held hostage due to Insurance company not paying his bill???

Did an excellent job. I was stressed by fact the manager said the Safeco / Liberty ins would not cover the expenses and thus my car was being held hostage until the bill was paid. My stress. Finally bill was was settled with insurance company. Thank you
