The repairs were done very well and the truck looks great; however I was not happy with the time it took for the insurance processing. I realize it’s not your fault but the time between when the repairs were completed and when I was able to pick up the truck was ridiculous. Again, I realize there were mitigating circumstances; however it was too much time. Thanks to Chris for coming through at the end.
