I didn’t want to come to you but my insurance almost insisted. I dealt with Mike and he probably got the wrath of my anger with my insurance company, but he remained calm, kind and understanding. The entire process I was kept up to date on the progress. My car looks like new again. I could not be happier. I hope I never need them again, but if the occasion arises, I would happily return
