As always they did an exemplary job but what I didn’t notice until I saw it in the unshaded light was they didn’t match the color very well. Instead of a scarlet red it is a red orange.

there is a crack in my windshield that was not there upon submission of my vehicle, for repair under the insurance of the person that struck by vehicle. The actual repair of the fender and the door appears to have been done satisfactory but I haven’t driven the car very far yet, so the jury is still out!

I worked with the Allard Mesa and Allard Airpark locations. Mike and Billy were both great to work with. Reliable estimates and Billy took the time to show me exactly what parts were needed and what repairs would be done. Mike at Mesa made sure to get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible.

I would highly recommend this shop Starting with my first contact with Alyssa who was extremely helpful in explaining the process,time frame and even contacted the car rental company while i was waiting .The car looks like it was never damaged and the color matching was on the money. plus my car was given back to me 5 days ahead of schedule.
