Working with A&M autobody was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and professional, the body work was done to a very high standard, and I really appreciated the immaculate detailing of the car when we collected it. Drop off went smooth. Communication upon pick up was challenging. Projected pick up time was 4 days before actual pickup with no communication in between. Calls to the office were not answered and the phone messaging service did not work. Repairs are over all acceptable but there are small body scuffs that were not addressed or reviewed by the shop. Came to the shop due to an insurance claim, will not choose again. Staff were very nice in person.

A&M vastly exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job on my car, finding and fixing damage that wasn’t immediately obvious and left my car looking like it did when I drove it away from the dealership 15 years ago. Plus, they were kind and considerate and made what could have been a stressful experience easy and smooth. I’m so grateful I chose them from the available options. I highly recommend

The car was clean upon retrieval and any questions I asked were clearly answered. I was notified in a timely manner about the repairs and how long it would take. All looked good. Enjoyed the experience.
