Damaged interior trim around windshield on a windshield replacement, they said that this was standard and will not repair or replace. They tinted the windshield after I was very clear not to, the tint they put on had deep scratches, honestly seemed like they may have used a salvaged windshield but I don’t know that. On top of all this, There was a new small dent inside the door jam. They denied responsibility. The headlight replacement seems good though. I know they probably hired a glass person to do some of the work and perhaps the body shop is not solely responsible for the poor workmanship, but they sent my car back with possibly more damage than what I sent it in with. Could have tried to own it and make it right. Definitely better options in town.

Repairs to my Subaru look as good as the day I bought it. Work was finished within the quoted timeframe and everyone I worked with was forthright and pleasant. I recommend A&M Auto Body full stop. They even sourced a windshield repair at a better price than auto glass shops in the area quoted me. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I got to their shop 20 minutes before they closed and they still were able t give me a quote that day! Matt and August both treated me like a valued customer, like they really appreciated my business! The turnaround time was sooner than expected and the paint matching and workmanship was excellent!
