Everything was so organized and easy for me. I appreciated not having to do a lot of coordinating the work with my insurance carrier. This is the second time they’ve worked on my car (two times hitting deer!). The communication through the process was clear, frequent and friendly.

Communication was a bit lacking. Multiple times the website said that my car was ready to pick up, but with no call to pick it up. I always had to reach out to BreAnn via text to find out the status.

When I brought my car in for the estimate I was told that the the noise my car made that we believed was gravel in the exhaust or something loose was going to be looked at and fixed. It never did and still makes the noise. I was also told that the torn up under shield was going to be repaired and it never was. The key lock from the trunk also wasn’t put back correctly

After my car accident the car made a noise coming from what I thought to be the exhaust. They said they where going to look into it and never did. The under shield is still torn up and was told it was going to be fixed and the trunk key lock was not put on correctly

After I was told a part delivery held up completion, then they stopped communicating, I had to call to get information. This was a pain without a car, I was okay with one day delay but then I had to use Uber
