The service was very well performed. Only one small problem occurred in that the tire pressure monitor was not reset when the tire was replaced which caused a false positive warning.

This was my second time having work done on my GTI at Apex. Ronie gave me 3 options to choose from to repair the rust and corrosion I had on the passenger side. He explained all three options in detail and I had a great understanding due to his expertise. He and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Ronie called me to explain how the rust came to be and explained how to mitigate it in the future by removing the noise suppression foam in the fenders. That was very informative and helped me decide to give the go ahead to not replace the foam. Working with Anna from the initial booking of my appointment to picking up my car when it was finished was an absolute pleasure. I’ve said it once before and I’ll say it again. I will only bring our vehicles to Apex if we ever have the need in the future! Your team is the best!
