The door is a bit wobbly when we open. It wasn’t the case when we gave it to them. They said they didn’t touch the door. Didn’t feel like they are taking responsibility and lacks attention to details.

Anna and the entire team were excellent to work with! I received communications every Tuesday and Thursday and was never left wondering what was happening with my vehicles repairs. The vehicle came out perfect and they managed insurance so I did not have to beyond my initial claim! I highly recommend Apex Auto Center as a trusted and responsible service center!

everything was great other than being charged a $500 deductible incorrectly, but Apex also handled the reimbursement process quick for that deductible
