The repairs were done very well, but more important was your customer care team ensuring smooth customer experience. And good and regular communication. One minor "complaint": would be nice to get an ETA even approximate as soon as you have an idea. I got one only the same day the car was ready to be picked up.

Great experience! I very much appreciated how Apex coordinated with Enterprise to make sure I had a replacement ride available before leaving my car. The actual work looks terrific and the interior cleaning was an unexpected bonus!
